![]() | The Sewing Corral has been in the business of selling fine fabric and sewing supplies since October 2007. We have a large and ever growing selection. Amy Crocco opened the doors of her new sewing shop for the first time in October 2007. Entrepreneurship runs in her family and she is carrying on the tradition. “The self-determination, risk, reward, freedom and responsibility, it all appeals to me.” Seeing that Ellensburg was without a sewing store, she decided to start the “Sewing Corral”. “I love to help people select just the right fabric, patterns, etc. and to see their projects come successfully to fruition. Many come in with their finished projects and show me what they have done. I love that. It is more than simply running a business, it is about building friendships within the sewing community of Ellensburg.” “Our inventory has grown leaps and bounds since we opened, and that will continue. There is such a broad variety of supplies for sewing projects and we will try to fill the needs in all the various categories, but we want to do it right. I select fabric and notions based on high quality and I try to bring things in based on the feedback from my customers.” What next? “I am planning to grow into a destination for the creative and crafty. We’ll be adding craft supplies, anything that falls into that category.” Ellensburg businesses need your support. We do our best to serve our respective markets; you can do your part by trying to buy local. |
